REINFORCED CONSTRUCTION WITH PERFECT WELDING OF .45 TUBULAR.

  • Steel with certified code: A-50 high resistance STEEL.
  • Main cast beams for 40/20. 16” x 5 1/2 “I” Beam.
  • DOUBLE WALL NECK 10 FT. EXTENSION: 5/8 “I” Beam
  • Screws: Grade 8, which dictates the standard for its resistance.
  • 5th wheel plate: 5/16” gauge brand PERNO REY PREMIER O SAMPA.
  • 14 cross members with rib reinforcement: Front ¼ and rear 3/8 added square double crescent reinforcement per cross member.
  • Mud flaps: Two of high relief.
  • Towing hook: SAF-TITE 8 holes, with lime pull plate. 5/8” PREMIER OR HOLLAND BRAND.

  • NEW AXLES: FLEETMASTER BRAND  Capacity of 30,000 lbs. WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS 1 YEAR (NOT APPLICABLE FOR USE).
  • Brakes: HALDEX OR BENDIX AMERICAN ABS: 2 air tanks, double boosters, self-adjusting ratchet, front and rear handles with stopcock, leveling and protective valves.
  • Landing Gear: Two speed AAR approved, square leg.  62,000 lb. static load capacity.

HOSES, LIGHTS AND PAINT

  • All are covered with POLIFLEX ANTI-FLAME hose.
  • All air and light connections are covered with corrugated hose.
  • Plug: 7-line female. Ceiling lights: Slim with 9 and 6 LEDs. Sides: 2 Red and 2 Amber on each side. Rear: 2 red stop and quarter, 2 amber directional and quarter.
  • Reflective tape: 16 red and white on all 4 sides.
  • DTM AUE-370 acrylic polyurethane paint with high solids content and high coverage, PPG brand.
